2. Services Provided
Razor Auto Glass specializes in auto glass services, including windshield replacement, door glass repair, rock chip repair, and vent glass repair. However, we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate customer behavior or non-compliance with our policies.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our prices for auto glass services are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment Methods:
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and cash.
  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If your insurance covers auto glass repair, we will help with the claims process, but you are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance.
4. Appointment Scheduling
Customers can book appointments via our website, by phone, or in person. We strive to honor all scheduled appointments but may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or parts availability. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
  • Cancellation: You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a convenient time for your service.
6. Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on our windshield replacements for as long as you own the vehicle. Our warranty covers:
  • Installation defects
  • Windshield leaks caused by faulty installation
  • Manufacturing defects in the glass
The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage resulting from accidents, improper vehicle care, or vandalism
  • Rock chips or cracks occurring after installation
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions such as rust or body damage
7. Refunds
Refunds are not available once a service has been completed unless there is a proven defect in the installation. If you encounter any issues with our service, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the matter.
8. Insurance Claims
If your auto glass service is covered by insurance, we will assist you in filing your claim. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance provider approves the claim. Any costs not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility. Please verify your coverage before scheduling your service.
9. Customer Responsibilities
  • You must provide accurate vehicle information when booking an appointment.
  • Ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time.
  • Report any pre-existing damage to your vehicle before the service begins.
10. Liability
Razor Auto Glass is not liable for:
  • Any damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., rust, body damage, weakened glass)
  • Delays in service caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, parts shortages)
  • Any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the service
Our team takes all necessary precautions to protect your vehicle, but we recommend removing any valuables from the vehicle before your service appointment.
11. Data Privacy
We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information necessary for scheduling services, processing payments, and communicating with you. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
12. Governing Law
